The Hunt is on in the 19th District! Egg Hunt that is.....

Egg-citement and fun were in abundance at the Annual 19th District Egg Hunt that took place on Friday, April 19th. #copsandkids #19thcommunity #19thPPD #ThePHLWay

Children of all ages filled the manicured grounds of the Rose Playground in Overbrook Park to participate in the many planned holiday egg hunts, games and activities.

The fun events included a Bunny Ears Hoop Toss, Three-Legged Races, Egg & Spoon Race, photo opts with the Easter Bunny (played by Officer White), and much more! #egghunt #19thPPD #19thPPDegghunt

The rain held out as the cool breeze carried the children’s laughter throughout the day’s events. It was a true joy to watch the excitement and joy on the faces of the children, parents, officers and the 19th P.D.A.C. volunteers.  The children had a blast opening each egg to see what surprise awaited them...... candy, toys, money or the much sought after “golden” egg! #pdac #19thpdac #threeleggedrace #PPD #CaptainJohnStanford

It was truly a day full of smiles, hugs and giggles and the children had a great time too!
